I led the research and scenario modeling that restructured how we understand stability and financial security.
My work spans secondary research across wealth and financial security systems, primary interviews with Gen Z and experts from across the country, and the futurecasting framework that maps four distinct 2040 outcomes.
What it does: shows why stability has replaced advancement as the goal. As tools for self-creation multiply, the path to stability has gotten steeper, not easier, and each rung of advancement now demands new certifications, new debt, new access. PPeople respond by holding a floor instead of climbing past it. They delay major life milestones, choose risk-averse careers, and prioritize savings over growth. That pattern reshapes hiring strategy, financial product design, and how policy approaches opportunity.
